Running a service business is hard enough without your tools making it harder. We watched owners we knew spend hours every week on things that should have been automatic — texting back-and-forth to confirm appointments, chasing no-shows, forgetting to follow up. The software that existed was either built for enterprise teams or stripped-down and frustrating to use.

So we built yobookit. We started with the basics — a clean booking page, automated confirmations, a simple way to manage staff availability — and listened carefully to the businesses that started using it. Every feature in the product today was asked for by a real salon owner, yoga instructor, or consultant who needed it to run their day.

We're a small team with a straightforward goal: make running a service business feel less like running two businesses at once. We're not trying to be the biggest platform — we're trying to be the most useful one for the people who depend on it.
