Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using yobookit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using yobookit on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

yobookit is a SaaS booking and appointment management platform for service businesses. It includes online booking pages, staff scheduling, intake forms, automated follow-ups, analytics, and related features as described on our features page. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
  • Ensuring the information you provide to yobookit is accurate
  • Complying with applicable laws when collecting and managing your clients' data

4. Subscription billing and cancellation

yobookit offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically. After repeated failures, your account may be suspended. We will notify you by email before suspension occurs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use yobookit to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications to your clients
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or yobookit's systems
  • Reverse-engineer or resell yobookit to third parties without authorization
  • Use the platform for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or abusive

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Data ownership

You own your data. yobookit does not claim ownership of any content or client data you upload or create on the platform. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted.

7. Service availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, but yobookit is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance and work to minimise unplanned outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yobookit's liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to yobookit in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost bookings.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of yobookit after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which yobookit is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
